Not yet ready to choose a program but want to start university? First Year Exploration lets you begin your studies without selecting a program right away. You can discover your interests and strengths by taking courses from a variety of disciplines and then declaring a specific major at the end of your first year.

Students who choose this path receive plenty of support from our academic advisors, who can recommend areas of study that align with the student's interests and career goals. Our small class sizes give you the chance to meet other students with different ideas and interests that could spark your imagination, or you can take courses at the bustling Keele Campus to broaden your horizons even further.

Requirements for admission:

• Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD)
•  ENG4U or FRA4U
• And five additional 4U or M courses - recommendation(s) below:
• 4U French

To gain admission to this program, your academic average should be in the low-to-mid 70s.
